1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Zeetius AI Interview Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Zeetius provides an AI-powered interview platform that conducts automated interviews for job candidates. The Platform includes features such as:

  • AI-generated interview questions based on your profile and applied position
  • Real-time answer evaluation and scoring
  • Comprehensive assessment reports
  • Interview proctoring and monitoring features

3. Camera and Photo Capture

IMPORTANT: By using this Platform, you explicitly consent to the following:

  • Camera Access: The Platform requires access to your device's camera during the interview. Camera access must be granted before the interview can begin.
  • Periodic Photo Capture: During the interview, the Platform will automatically capture photos of you at regular intervals (approximately every 10 seconds) for identity verification and proctoring purposes.
  • Photo Storage: All captured photos will be stored securely on our servers and associated with your interview record. These photos will be accessible to authorized administrators and hiring personnel.
  • Photo Retention: Photos will be retained for a period of 12 months after the interview or until your application process is complete, whichever is longer.

4. Audio and Voice Recording

NOTICE: The Platform may include voice-related features:

  • Voice Input (Optional): If voice-to-text features are enabled, your voice may be processed to convert spoken answers to text.
  • Audio Monitoring: In proctored sessions, audio from your microphone may be monitored to detect potential irregularities.
  • Audio Data Usage: Any audio data collected will be used solely for interview evaluation and integrity verification purposes.

5. Interview Conduct and Rules

By participating in an interview on our Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information in all responses
  • Complete the interview independently without assistance from others
  • Not use external resources, notes, or AI tools unless explicitly permitted
  • Not attempt to copy, record, or share interview questions
  • Remain in front of your camera throughout the interview
  • Not switch tabs, windows, or applications during the interview
  • Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the interview

6. Security Monitoring

The Platform includes security features that monitor and log:

  • Tab switching and window focus changes
  • Copy/paste attempts
  • Right-click attempts
  • Keyboard shortcuts usage
  • Response times for each question
  • Browser and device information
  • IP address and location data

This monitoring data is used to ensure interview integrity and may be reviewed by administrators.

7. Interview Attempts

Each candidate is typically allowed only one interview attempt per application. If you experience technical difficulties or require a retake, please contact the administrator. Retake requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All interview questions, AI algorithms, platform design, and content are the intellectual property of Zeetius. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Platform without explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using the Platform. Technical issues during an interview should be reported immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zeetius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service, if any.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
